The first on-site activity for symposium attendees is registration. Attendees can register, and pick up name tags and registration packages. The registration area is also the information center for the conference. Attendees can ask questions and get up-to-date information on the conference programme.
What you need to register
To register, a government-issued photo identification (ID, passport or driver’s license) is needed.
There are no charges for participating in the conference.
If you wish to participate in the conference dinner on May 27th, a payment of 35 euros will be required. The conference dinner includes a three course meal and drinks (both soft and alcoholic).
